Dr. Uzonna V. Olumba MBA, Ph.D.

Founder & CEO 

Dr. Uzonna V. Olumba has conducted research in Europe, Asia, Africa, Latin America, and the Middle East. Over the last seven years she has supervised faculty student-based consulting projects in various undergraduate and graduate courses. Beyond teaching, Dr. Olumba is a lobbyist consultant in the state of Illinois, actively engaged in the community while assisting organizations with strategic planning and learning management system design. She is the Past Chair for the Academy of Management-Management Consulting Division (the largest professional association for scholars of management and organizations) charged with developing and directing program planning in tandem with overseeing the scientific and administrative functions of the Management Consulting Division. Dr. Olumba is an Associate Professor in the College of Engineering and Science (Computer Science Dept.) at Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education. She is an alumnus of Harvard University’s Project Zero Institute and Think Tank on Global Education, University of Michigan, University of Pennsylvania, Benedictine University, University of Illinois, and the U.S. Senate Fellows Program. 

Mr. Daniel J. Thompson MS, JD

Mr. Daniel J. Thompson is a seasoned consultant with a Master of Science in Statistics from Northwestern University and a Juris Doctorate.  With over a decade of hands-on experience, he specializes in helping organizations navigate leadership challenges, optimize team performance, and implement strategic initiatives. Mr. Thompson’s approach focuses on delivering practical, data-driven solutions tailored to each organization’s unique needs. His expertise in integrating learning technologies and analytics supports clients in achieving sustainable growth and operational efficiency.
